GEARMASTER SYN油是全合成的聚α-烯烃的齿轮油，按任意的比例与矿物油混溶。机甲专家SYN矿物基齿轮油相比，有一个更好的温度 - 粘度行为和老化稳定性更好。
应用领域
GEARMASTER SYN油用于齿轮，流通系统和轴承温度高或变化很大程度上。由于高性能水平的一个更长的时间间隔更换机油通常可以达到，从而减少操作和处置成本。
应用方法

Synthetic high-performance gear oils
Description
GEARMASTER SYN-Oils are fully synthetic poly-alpha olefin gear oils, miscible with mineral oil at any ratio. In comparison to mineral based gear oils, GEARMASTER SYN has a far better temperature-viscosity behaviour and better ageing stability.
Fields of application
GEARMASTER SYN-Oils are used in gears, circulating-systems and bearings subject to high or largely varying temperatures. Owing to the high performance level a much longer interval of oil change can often be reached leading to a reduction of operating- and disposal-costs.
Method of application
The nominal viscosity should be lowered one stage when switching machines and systems operating with oil sump temperatures above 60 OC from mineral oil to GEARMASTER SYN-Oils. The disposal does not differ from mineral oil.
Note
GEARMASTER SYN-Oils surpass the requirements according to DIN 51 517-3.
An approval from Flender AG is submitted.
GEARMASTER SYN 1000 is approved to lubricate bearings of grinding-rollers.Features
