我方，卢克伊尔石油开放股份公司及关联公司（以下合称为“卢克伊尔”），发现某些中国公司虚假宣称其是我方的经销商。
We, OTKRYTOE AKTSIONERNOE OBCHTCHESTVO "NEFTYANAYA KOMPANIYA "LUKOIL" and affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as “LUKOIL”), have found that certain Chinese companies have falsely claimed to be our distributors.

我方现说明我方从未与鲁克（中国）润滑油有限公司开展任何合作，亦从未授权鲁克（中国）润滑油有限公司销售我方任何产品。我方未授权鲁克（中国）润滑油有限公司使用我方商标。
We would like to clarify that we have never entered into any business relationship with LUK (China) Lubricants Co., Ltd., and we have never authorized LUK (China) Lubricants Co., Ltd. to sell our products.  LUK (China) Lubricants Co., Ltd. is not authorized by us to use our trademarks.

我方亦同时澄清，厦门中鲁石油有限公司或其任何关联公司目前并未获授权推广、宣传、销售和经销我方产品。厦门中鲁石油有限公司非卢克伊尔在中国的授权经销商。
We would also like to clarify that Xiamen Sinolook Oil Co., Ltd. or any of its affiliated companies is not authorised to market, promote, sell, or distribute our products. Xiamen Sinolook Oil Co., Ltd. is not our authorized distributor.
